This home began as a cozy cape cod style home. The homeowners approached us about making the home more spacious and functional. We collaborated with them and our architect to bring together a design that would meet all of their needs and check off all the boxes on their wishlist. We added a two car attached garage connected by a mudroom and pantry, a master bedroom suite above the garage featuring an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, moved the laundry up to a more convenient location on the second floor, gut renovated the existing interior, bumped out the front entrance creating a foyer, and installed a sparkling custom kitchen.
