We are grounded in 10+ years of design and build expertise, with a team of skilled craftsmen.

Our work often combines modern design elements with traditional elegance, all while keeping function top of mind. Our team is extremely responsive to all questions and inquiries, plus flexible and collaborative when modifications are required. We work hard to make the design build process approachable to every client and to meet every deadline. We are committed to quality and care about every detail.

Eric has grown DeLaurentis Developments to become one of the most sought-after home builders in Fairfield County.

Born and raised in the Fairfield County Area, Eric has spent his career involved in all aspects of construction and real estate development. In 2010, after the Great Recession, he started his own company DeLaurentis Developments. It started as a commercial construction and facilities management companyβ€”building hotels and retail stores all across the northeast. The company continued to provide some residential services. It was the construction of his own new home in 2017 that stoked the passion for residential building and creativity once again. The company began building and selling spec homes to now also offering: semi-custom, and custom homes, as well as additions, renovations and remodels.

Jennifer helps design, customize, build, and sell homes in the Fairfield, Southport, and Westport.

Having moved the US from her native country of Ireland, Jennifer's style mixes traditional with contemporary, focusing on high quality materials and incorporating timeless architectural details. Connection to the environment is integral to her design process. She achieves this by embracing natural light, incorporating natural elements, and layering in textures. Her design philosophy is centered on the belief that that home is our haven from the outside world where we can unwind in a comfortable and highly functional space.
