Having moved the US from her native country of Ireland, Jennifer's style mixes traditional with contemporary, focusing on high quality materials and incorporating timeless architectural details. Connection to the environment is integral to her design process. She achieves this by embracing natural light, incorporating natural elements, and layering in textures. Her design philosophy is centered on the belief that that home is our haven from the outside world where we can unwind in a comfortable and highly functional space.
Eric DeLaurentis
Born and raised in the Fairfield County Area, Eric has spent his career involved in all aspects of construction and real estate development. It was the construction of his own new home in 2017 that stoked the passion for residential building and creativity once again. The company began building and selling spec homes to now also offering: semi-custom, and custom homes, as well as additions and remodels. Eric has grown DeLaurentis Developments to become one of the most sought-after home builders in Fairfield County.
