Eric DeLaurentis
Born and raised in the Fairfield County Area, Eric has spent his career involved in all aspects of construction and real estate development. It was the construction of his own new home in 2017 that stoked the passion for residential building and creativity once again. The company began building and selling spec homes to now also offering: semi-custom, and custom homes, as well as additions, renovations and remodels.
