CONSULTATION

Our first meeting is all about getting to know you, your vision, and your home. We love to hear about your daily life to create a concept around you, not vice versa. We work on budget, size and scope collaboratively with you, and discuss the project phases in detail, often using visuals of previous projects. After we gather all the intel we need, and settle on the budget, we get to work on the design.

DESIGN

Perhaps our most favorite phase, we share our design concept, including but not limited to, floor plans, drawings and 3D renderings. Many design elements such as appliances, countertops, flooring, cabinetry, and backsplash are discussed and selected. If you are renovating or remodeling, we work to harmonize all elements with your current home. We also identify a clear project timeline.

BUILD

When the design plan is complete, we move into the very exciting construction phase! A project manager will oversee the entire project while also keeping you regularly updated on construction progress, coordinating activities, and answering questions.

COMPLETION

After the project has been completed, we are there to congratulate you and officially welcome you into your new home, renovation, addition or remodel. We also love to stay in touch and hear about how you are enjoying your new space.
